Product portfolio

High-performance materials for critical packaging.

A focused portfolio of converted aluminium foil and PVC blister film for pharmaceutical, healthcare, nutraceutical and selected allied packaging applications.

Material system

Designed around the complete blister pack.

Aluminium lidding and strip structures provide barrier, sealing and print surfaces, while PVC blister film forms the cavity that holds and presents the dosage unit.

Specifications can be aligned around the medicine, sealing substrate, packing line, reel dimensions and approved artwork requirements.

Each converted format serves a distinct role: protecting the contents, sealing to the selected substrate, carrying legible product information and running consistently on the customer’s packing equipment.

Portfolio in context

Different structures for different pack functions.

Product selection begins with the dosage format, required protection, sealing surface and packing-line conditions—not with a one-size-fits-all material.

Blister lidding for push-through packs
Strip structures for two-side enclosure
Coated foil for controlled heat sealing
Laminates for added structure and barrier
Printed formats for identification and branding
PVC film for thermoformed blister cavities

Specification pathway

What shapes the right material configuration.

The final specification is intended to be agreed against the customer’s approved product, pack and machine requirements.

Barrier need

The product’s sensitivity to moisture, light and external exposure helps guide material structure.

Seal system

Lidding foil, coating and forming-film compatibility are considered alongside the packing process.

Machine format

Reel width, core, winding, roll diameter and line configuration follow approved requirements.

Artwork need

Colour count, registration, repeat length and approved graphics inform the printing route.

Functional layers

Every layer has a job to perform.

A pharmaceutical foil structure may combine several functional surfaces. The exact construction depends on the approved specification and intended packaging use.

01

Print surface

Carries approved identification, instructions and brand artwork where required.

02

Aluminium barrier

Provides the foil base and contributes protective barrier performance.

03

Functional coating or laminate

Supports sealing or combines foil with compatible films for the selected structure.

Pack protection

Materials selected to support the required barrier and physical protection of the packed product.

Clear presentation

Controlled printing and registration support consistent approved artwork reproduction.

Line compatibility

Dimensions and winding are planned around the customer’s packaging equipment.
